Having to farm the same dungeon 100 times for 1 trinket is already annoying as is, but doing so 3-4 times per expansion is just ass - at least with this we might be looking at farming 3-4 different dungeons 100 times each, instead of 1 dungeon 400 times over the entire expansion. Heroic is now equivalent to the old m0 difficulty and has better rewards as well. Sanguine was a horrible affix to have on week 1 though for season 3. People didn‘t bait the meteor balls properly on the second boss, didnt know how to skip one of the trash mob dragons, didn‘t know how to spawn the end boss inbetween the pillars and due to the hectic fight the puddles were dropped at the wrong positions when the wind blast doesn't help that season 2 was big garbage for M+ and augs were so overpowered they ruined the comp meta completely across all levels of content. Court is ez too, but the timer is less generous, you need a tank that knows what he's doing and a couple of the bosses can be ez to wipe on if you don't know mechanics, but overall, it's a lot of small pulls so pretty easy as a healer. I think they can do a lot better with dungeons and mega dungeons, they're getting predictable and I'd like to see them try something fresh, I think any dungeon can be sectioned up to fit M+, so I'd sooner the focus is on making it cool. M+ dungeons have a timer, so it's expected that healers spend as much time possible doing damage to kill stuff faster and help beat the timer.
